For New Clients, you will be required to book your first appointment online through this website to ensure that a card is put on file for your account. This is not to pre-pay for your service ahead of time, but to have in case of cancellation purposes per my policy below. Your card on file will never be charged unless you are checking out for your appointments or violating the cancellation policy. I charge a 35% non refundable cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Please be sure to cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time. You will need to reach out to me directly on my cell 985-687-1833 to cancel your appointment within the 48 hour window. (no FB, IG or emails) Cancellation within the 48 hour window of your appointment time is subject to a fee of 35% of your service booked. I understand that things happen, but remember as much as your time is valuable so is mine. If you are running late for your appointment time, ALWAYS call or text me to notify me of your tardiness.
